Cibes Extra (A8000) Quartz 2 (1405 x 1980 mm) at ROMM Convent

ROMM Convent is a 32-storey luxury residential development in Bangkok with shared wellness and leisure facilities located across its upper floors. The project required an additional lift within this common area to make movement between levels easier and more accessible for residents and visitors.

A Cibes A8000 screw-driven platform lift was installed within the upper-floor common area. Its compact construction and space-efficient drive system made it suitable for the designated installation area. As the lift doesn’t require a separate machine room, additional construction work could be kept to a minimum while maintaining the architectural character of the space.

The lift provides a convenient connection between top floors and rooftop of ROMM Convent’s shared amenity area. It improves accessibility for elderly residents, wheelchair users, families with children, and anyone who may find stairs difficult, helping more people enjoy the project’s facilities with greater comfort and independence.
