Lift Maintenance
Your lift needs regular, scheduled inspection and maintenance so that every system runs correctly and stays safe for everyone.
Regular lift maintenance is also a condition of our warranty.
How Often Does Your Lift Need Maintenance?
At Cibes Lift (Thailand), maintenance visits fall into two main frequencies, depending on the lift system the customer has chosen.
Namely Cicon with maintenance twice a year (every 6 months), or Ecosilent with maintenance once a year. In some cases, however, how often your lift needs servicing also depends on other factors. For example:
A lift used many times a day needs inspection and maintenance more often than one under normal use.
Likewise, a lift installed outdoors needs cleaning and maintenance more often than one installed indoors.

Sign a Maintenance Agreement
We recommend signing a maintenance agreement with a Cibes Lift subsidiary of the head office, or with an official Cibes Lift distributor. That way you can be confident the team inspecting your lift’s operation and its safety systems has the right technical training and genuine expertise in our brand’s screw-driven lift technology.

The Cibes after-sales service team:
- Proposes a service agreement for maintenance that suits your needs
