The 5 Pillars of SustainabilityTo make sure we cover every relevant aspect of sustainability, we have built our sustainability strategy on five key pillars: Safety, Business, Planet, People and Ethics. Watch the video to learn more about our ambitions and everything we are doing to make our business even more sustainable! |
Code of Conduct
We train our employees, business partners and suppliers to make sure they understand and comply with our standards. They are treated equally, with the labour rights and business integrity set out in our Code of Conduct for employees and suppliers.

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint
Starting with Scope 1 and Scope 2, our ambition is to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2025 compared with 2021 levels.
94% of these emissions come from electricity and vehicles, which means we need to focus on reducing our electricity and fuel use and find ways to switch to more environmentally friendly alternatives.

– Clément Rabahi, Country Manager, France | Improving CircularityAt Cibes Lift in France, we have started returning circuit boards that are still under warranty. The idea is to send boards that can still be used back to the supplier for repair instead of ordering new ones. This initiative can be rolled out across every company in the group to increase circularity and reduce carbon emissions. |
A Sustainable Value Chain
We have set ambitious targets, and we understand that customers and stakeholders expect us to do everything we can to deliver sustainable products and services across the entire value chain. Having production in both Sweden and China lets us reach more customers, while opening up opportunities to increase local sourcing and reduce transport emissions.
